User Agreement
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the services offered by P&V Colombia Travel (hereinafter, "P&V," "we," "our") through our website, booking platforms, and any other means of interaction. Follow the instructions of our guides and staff, as well as the safety rules.

Act in a manner that is respectful of the environment, local communities, and other tour participants.

Notify P&V Colombia Travel of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect your participation in the tour.
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in the cancellation of your participation in the tour without a refund.
4. Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Specific policies regarding reservations, cancellations, and refunds are detailed in our "Reservation, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policy," which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting this Agreement, you also agree to the terms of this policy.
What to include in the Privacy Policy
All content on our website and promotional materials, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of P&V Colombia Travel or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of such content is strictly prohibited.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
P&V Colombia Travel strives to offer high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will meet all of your individual expectations, beyond what is expressly promised. Tours may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control (weather, safety conditions, etc.).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, P&V Colombia Travel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data or use, resulting from:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless P&V Colombia Travel, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your misuse of the Services, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by P&V Colombia Travel. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. P&V Colombia Travel reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Modifications will become effective immediately upon posting on our website. 11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia.
